For more than fifteen years, Laurent Loingtier has offered you a “homemade” cuisine and rigorously selected local produce: “Bio origine France” meat and fresh vegetables, delis, cheeses and ice-creams, selected wines, cider and artisanal apple juice…

Among its specialties, the scrambled of scallops with truffle vinegar, the veal RIS with morels, the terrine of mullets with green asparagus or the foie gras make the joy of connoisseurs.
The many pastries, presented under glass bells for the pleasure of the eyes, are also “homemade”: Chocolate fudge, chestnut cake, marquise Horbé, tart of the young ladies …
